What's the minimum order?+
It depends on the product and how it's branded. Minimums for embroidered apparel are different from printed mugs or signage. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll let you know what's workable.
How quickly can you turn a job around?+
It depends on the product, the quantity and the branding method. Most projects run on a week-or-two cycle from artwork sign-off. Tell us your deadline up front and we'll tell you what's possible.
What artwork format do you need?+
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are ideal. They print and embroider cleanly at any size. High-resolution PNG or JPG works in most cases. If you only have a low-resolution logo, we'll redraw it for you.
Do you deliver outside Gauteng?+
Yes. We deliver nationwide via courier. Local Gauteng deliveries are usually included in larger orders. Courier costs for smaller orders or out-of-province delivery are quoted up front so there are no surprises.
Can you produce samples before we commit?+
For most apparel and gifts, yes. Ask us when you brief. We'll quote sample cost separately so you know up front, and we'll always show you a digital proof before anything goes to production.
